I’m here to introduce you to the feeling you’ll get from staying healthy and working out. I want to change your mindset about healthy habits and turn your aspirations into attainable goals and a healthier lifestyle. ABOUT ME
Hey, I’m Anjel! As a young preteen, I got into fitness as a form of escapism to get away from toxic situations in my life, and to change the way I looked at the world. I quickly became obsessed with the sense of fulfillment and achievement I got from working out, began seeing results, and started training. I loved the control I had over my lifestyle and the change in my attitude and outlook on life. As I got older, I acquired a few pieces of gym equipment, put them in my family’s storage unit, and invited friends to work out with me. I realized how much I loved training other people and helping them better themselves, and knew I wanted to make a life and a career out of it. Now I am here, ready to help you!

PHYSICAL HEALTH
Working out can improve many things about your physical health, including your strength, flexibility, endurance, and heart condition. You can lose weight and feel better and more capable in your body.
MENTAL HEALTH
Exercise helps relieve stress, anxiety, and depression. It can help boost self-esteem and give you a distraction/outlet for negativity. Exercise often provides you with social interactions, which reduces loneliness and depression.
EMOTIONAL HEALTH
When you work out, a feel-good chemical called dopamine is released in your brain. This is the same chemical that is released when you eat your favorite food or do your favorite activity. Dopamine makes you happier and more productive.
